What's the difference between CJC-1295 with DAC and without DAC?
DAC (drug affinity complex) is a maleimide tag that binds CJC-1295 to serum albumin, extending the half-life from ~30 minutes to 6–8 days. Without DAC = pulsatile GH release matching natural physiology, daily dosing. With DAC = sustained GH elevation, twice-weekly dosing.
